I was a teenage mother growing up in the housing projects of North Philadelphia. Many people saw limitations, but I saw possibilities.

I refused to allow my circumstances to define my future.

I Made a Decision to Succeed!

My recipe for success was built on:

  • Faith to believe in a better future

  • Education to create opportunities

  • Determination to overcome obstacles

  • Perseverance to keep moving forward

  • Purpose to help others achieve their dreams

That decision transformed my life and became the foundation of my mission to empower women and youth around the world.

Tonya Latney, known as The Dream Coach, is an author, motivational speaker, educator, entrepreneur, world traveler, and community leader dedicated to helping women and youth discover their purpose, unlock their potential, and pursue their dreams with confidence.

Guided by her personal motto, "Keep It Moving!", Tonya believes that success begins when you choose to believe in yourself and take consistent action toward your goals.

Her journey from the housing projects of North Philadelphia to becoming a Registered Nurse, entrepreneur, author, nonprofit founder, and world traveler is proof that dreams can become reality when faith, education, and determination work together.

Having traveled throughout the United States and internationally during her career as a flight attendant and beyond, Tonya gained a broader perspective of cultures, people, and possibilities. These experiences strengthened her belief that regardless of where someone starts in life, they have the power to create a brighter future through vision, education, and perseverance.

Today, she uses her life experiences, education, and passion for service to inspire others to dream bigger, reach higher, and live with purpose.
